கோபுரத்தின் அடியில் Jacques-Chirac Quay பக்கமாக நேற்று ஜூன் முதலாம் திகதி காலை இந்தச் சவப் பெட்டிகளை ஈபிள் கோபுரப் பணியாளர்கள் முதலில் கண்டுள்ளனர். உடனடியாகப் பொலீஸார் அங்கு அழைக்கப்பட்டனர். ஐந்து சவப் பெட்டிகளும் மூடப்பட்டு சீல் வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்தன.பிரெஞ்சுக்கொடி சுற்றப்பட்டிருந்தது. அவற்றின் மீது”உக்ரைனில் உயிரிழந்த பிரெஞ்சு வீரர்கள்”(soldats français morts en Ukraine”) என்ற வாசகம் எழுதப்பட்டிருந்ததாகத் தகவலறிந்த வட்டாரங்கள் பாரிஸ் செய்தி ஊடகங்களுக்குத் தெரிவித்துள்ளன.

பாரிஸ் நகரில் தானியங்கி முறையில் இயங்குகின்ற மெற்றோ 14 (ligne 14) வழித்தட ரயில் சேவை மேலும் நவீனமயப்படுத்தப்பட்டு அதன் இரண்டு முனைகளிலும் மேலும் நீடிக்கப்படுகிறது. 

ஒரு தடவையில் ஆயிரம் பயணிகள் செல்லத்தக்க இந்த நீண்ட ரயில் தடம் 

ஒலிம்பிக் போட்டிகளுக்கு முன்பாக எதிர்வரும் ஜூன் 24 ஆம் திகதி முதல் வடக்கே Saint-Denis – Pleyel வரையும் தெற்கே ஓர்லி விமான நிலையம் (Orly airport) வரையும் நீடிப்புச் செய்யப்படுகிறது. 

ஒலிம்பிக் காலப்பகுதியில் பாரிஸ் நகரம் எதிர்கொள்ளக் கூடிய பெரும் போக்குவரத்து நெரிசலைக் குறைக்கும் இலக்குடன் இந்த மெற்றோ வழித்தடத்தின் நீடிப்பு வேலைகள் முழு வீச்சில் நடைபெற்று வருகின்றன. 

பாரிஸில் இரண்டாவது பெரிய விமான நிலையமாகிய ஓர்லியை நகரின் மையப் பகுதிகளோடு இணைக்கவுள்ள முதலாவது மெற்றோ ரயில் சேவை இதுவாகும். இதன் மூலம் விமானப் பயணிகள் பாரிஸ் நகருக்கும் விமான நிலையத்துக்கும் இடையே இலகுவாக மிகக் குறைந்த நேரத்தில் தங்களது போக்குவரத்துகளை மேற்கொள்ள முடியும். 

இதேவேளை – பாரிஸ் மெற்றோ 11 வழித்தடமும் Rosny-sous-Bois வரைநீடிக்கப்படவுள்ளது. தற்சமயம்Châtelet மற்றும் Porte des Lilasநிலையங்களுக்கு இடையே செயற்படுகின்ற இந்த வழித்தடம் Porte des Lilas நிலையத்தில் இருந்து நீடிக்கப்பட்டுப் புதிதாக ஆறு தரிப்பிடங்களுடன் Rosny-sous-Bois  வரை விரிவடைகிறது. ஜூன் 13 ஆம் 

திகதி முதல் இது செயற்படத் தொடங்கும். அதேசமயம் – 

RER E ரயில் சேவையும் விஸ்தரிக்கப்படுகிறது. தற்சமயம் Haussmann-Saint-Lazare வரை சேவையில் ஈடுபடுகின்ற அந்த ரயில் அங்கிருந்து Nanterre வரை விஸ்தரிப்புச் செய்யப்படுகிறது.

உபதேசத்ததுக்காக வந்திருந்த புத்தரிடம் ஒரு குடும்பஸ்தர், “வாழ்க்கையை சிக்கல்கள் இல்லாமல் வாழ முடியாதா.?” என்று கேட்டார்.

புத்தர் ஒன்றும் பேசாமல் தன் உடலின் மேல் போர்த்தி இருந்த சால்வையை எடுத்து, அவர் கண் முன்னேயே நான்கைந்து முடிச்சுகளைப் போட்டுக்கொண்டே கேட்டார், “உங்களிடம் இரண்டு கேள்விகள் கேட்கப் போகிறேன். இந்த முடிச்சுகள் விழுந்துள்ள துணி.. முன்பு இருந்த துணி தானா.? இல்லை வேறு துணியா.?”

குடும்பஸ்தர் கொஞ்சம் யோசித்துவிட்டு, “ஒருவகையில் ரெண்டும் ஒரே துணிதான். ஆனால், முன்பு இருந்த துணி சுதந்திரமானது. உங்களால் எளிதில் போர்த்திக் கொள்ள முடியும். இப்போது அப்படி முடியாது. அதுதான் வித்தியாசம்‌.!” என்றார்.

புத்தர் புன்னகைத்தார், “அதேதான் நமக்கும். நாம் எல்லோரும் இயல்பில் சுதந்திரமானவர்கள் தான். ஆனால், சிலர் தாங்களே முடிச்சுப் போட்டுக்கொண்டு சிக்கலில் சிக்கி அடிமைப்பட்டு விடுகின்றனர்.!”

“அப்படியானால் இதிலிருந்து தப்பிப்பது எப்படி.?” என்று அடுத்த கேள்வியைக் கேட்டார் குடும்பஸ்தர்.

“சரி, எனது அடுத்தக் கேள்வியைக் கேட்கிறேன். இந்த முடிச்சுகளை அவிழ்க்க இப்போது நான் என்ன செய்ய வேண்டும்.?” என்று அவரைப் பார்த்துக் கேட்டார் புத்தர்.

“முடிச்சுகளை கவனிக்க வேண்டும். எப்படி முடிச்சுகள் போடப்பட்டிருக்கிறது என்பதை அறிந்துவிட்டால் அவிழ்ப்பது எளிது.!” என்றார் குடும்பஸ்தர்.

“சரியாகச் சொன்னீர்கள். இப்போது நான் முடிச்சுகளை அவிழ்க்கப் போகிறேன்.!” என்றபடி முதலில் போட்ட முடிச்சிலிருந்து ஒவ்வொன்றாய் அவிழ்க்க ஆரம்பித்தார் புத்தர். ஆரம்பத்தில் போட்டிருந்த முடிச்சுகளை சுலபமாக நீக்கிய புத்தரால், கடைசியாகப் போட்ட முடிச்சுகளை அவிழ்க்க முடியவில்லை. அவர் கேட்டார், “இவைகளை ஏன் என்னால் அவிழ்க்க முடியவில்லை என்று தெரிகிறதா.?”

குடும்பஸ்தர் சொன்னார், “நீங்கள் நினைவோடு போட்ட முடிச்சுகளை எளிமையாக நீக்கிவிட்டீர்கள்.. ஆனால், பேசிக்கொண்டே நினைவின்றி நீங்கள் போட்ட கவனமற்ற முடிச்சுகள் இப்போது அவிழ்க்க முடியாமல் சிக்கலாக இருக்கிறது.!” என்றார்.

அதற்கு குடும்பஸ்தரைப் பார்த்து புத்தர் சொன்னார், “நீங்கள் மிகவும் சரியாகச் சொன்னீர்கள்… அது தான் வாழ்க்கை. அது தான் வாழ்க்கையின் சிக்கல்.!“ என்றார்.

ஆம் நண்பர்களே.. நம்முடைய வாழ்வில் ஏற்படும் சிக்கல்களுக்குக் காரணம் நாமேதான்.. சிக்கல்கள் இல்லாவிடில் வாழ்வில் சுவாரசியம் இருக்காது. ஆனால், சமயங்களில் நம்மை அறியாமல், நம் நினைவின்றி இடும் முடிச்சுகளைத்தான்.. அவிழ்க்க முடியாமல் நாம் தடுமாறிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறோம்.

பாரிஸ், ரிங் வீதி மணிக்கு 50 கிலோமீட்டர் வேக வரம்புக்குட்படுத்தப்படும்: மத்திய அரசு  அழுத்தம்இருந்தபோதிலும் பாரிஸ் நகரம் தனது நிலைப்பாட்டில் உறுதியாக இருக்கிறது

பிரான்ஸ் பாரிஸ் இன் செவ்வாய் காலை அழைக்கப்பட்ட போக்குவரத்து துறை துணை அமைச்சர் (EELV) டேவிட் பெல்லியார்ட், பாரிஸ் 2024 ஒலிம்பிக் மற்றும் பாராலிம்பிக் விளையாட்டுகளின் மறுநாள், ரிங்சாலையின் அதிகபட்ச வேக வரம்பைக் குறைக்க பாரிஸ் நகர சபையின் திட்டத்தை மீண்டும் வலியுறுத்தினார். நகரம் மற்றும் மாநிலம் இடையேயான கருத்து வேறுபாடுகள் நீடிக்கின்றன.

2018 ஆம் ஆண்டில் இருந்து இந்த நடவடிக்கை குறித்து ஆலோசனை நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. புறநகர்பகுதிகளில் 500,000 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட மக்கள் வசிக்கின்றனர், மேலும் அவர்கள் அதிக சத்தம் மற்றும் காற்றுமாசுபாட்டால் பாதிக்கப்படுகின்றனர். இது பொது சுகாதார பிரச்சினை என்று பெரும்பான்மை பிரதிநிதிநினைவுபடுத்தினார்.  

மாநில ஒப்புதலைப் பெறுவதற்கான வாய்ப்புகள் இருப்பதாக டேவிட் பெல்லியார்ட் நம்பிக்கையுடன்இருக்கிறார். “நாங்கள் நிச்சயமாக மாநிலத்தின் ஒப்புதலைப் பெற விரும்புகிறோம், மேலும் இந்தநடவடிக்கையின் நன்மைகளைப் பற்றி புதிய போக்குவரத்துத்துறை அமைச்சரை நம்ப வைக்ககலந்துரையாடல்களை நடத்த முடியும் என்று நம்புகிறோம், என்று அவர் கூறினார். 2024 இறுதிக்குள் இந்தநடவடிக்கை நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்படும் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.
