🔹 1️⃣ Describing People (மனிதரை விவரித்தல்)
When we describe a person, we use adjectives (பெயரணிகள்). Let’s look at some:

🔹 அவன் புத்திசாலி மாணவன். (Avaṉ puttiśāli māṇavaṉ.) → (He is a smart student.)
🔹 அவர்கள் வலிமையான வீரர்கள். (Avarkaḷ valimayāṉa vīrarkaḷ.) → (They are strong warriors.)

🔹 2️⃣ Describing Places (இடங்களை விவரித்தல்)

🔹 எங்கள் வீடு பெரியது. (Eṅkaḷ vīṭu periyatu.) → (Our house is big.)
🔹 கோவில் தூய இடம். (Kōvil tūya iṭam.) → (A temple is a clean place.)

🔹 3️⃣ Describing Things (பொருள்களை விவரித்தல்)

🔹 மெத்தை மென்மையானது. (Metthai meṉmayāṉatu.) → (The pillow is soft.)
👉 Exercise: Pick 5 objects around you and describe them in Tamil.
🔹 4️⃣ Comparing Things (ஒப்பிடுதல்)

🔹 தமிழ் பழமையான மொழியாகும். (Tamiḻ paḻamayāṉa moḻiyākuṉ.) → (Tamil is an ancient language.)
🔹 அவன் புத்திசாலி, ஆனால் அவள் இன்னும் புத்திசாலி. (Avaṉ puttiśāli, āṉāl avaḷ iṉṉum puttiśāli.) → (He is smart, but she is even smarter.)
👉 Exercise: Write 5 comparison sentences using “bigger,” “smarter,” and “more beautiful.”
🔹 5️⃣ Expanding Sentences with Descriptions (வாக்கிய விரிவாக்கம்)
Let’s learn how to expand our sentences using adjectives.
🔹 Basic Sentence:
→ நாய் ஓடுகிறது. (Nāy ōṭukiṟatu.) → (The dog is running.)
🔹 Expanded Sentence:
→ பழமையான கோவிலின் அருகே ஒரு கருப்பு நாய் வேகமாக ஓடுகிறது.
→ (Paḻamayāṉa kōvilin arukē oru karuppu nāy vēkamāka ōṭukiṟatu.)
→ (A black dog is running fast near the ancient temple.)
👉 Exercise: Take any simple sentence and expand it by adding descriptions.
